Our history

Our story begins a long time ago, when LILO discovered his passion for grilling and mastered the art of charcoal grilling and, together with his son MIRNEL Sadovic, ex-PROFESSOR FOOTBALL, who played in the Bosnian national team as well as in the Austrian Bundesliga A piece of home and bringing the Bosnian tradition to Vienna together as a family with my brother, BERIN.  Merak is not just about simply grilling food, but about a deep connection with fire, flavors, quality ingredients and family. Our Lilo is a true artist who carries out every move with dedication and perfection. With carefully selected charcoal and first-class ingredients, such as our 100% veal, we light a fire that transforms the food into a true taste experience.
